Has anyone else had problems with the quality? I recently bought 3 of them and have only used each maybe 3 time. Each are a different color.

On 2 of them the stitching has already broken around the edges.

On one the elastic in the back is nonexistant.

I was so excited when I got them! I, for the life of me, cannot remember where I purchased them (I think Kelly's closet).

Has anyone else had a similar experience? They are still working well but I don't want to buy more if this is going to happen after only 3 or 4 washes!

    I'd try to figure out where you bought them and call, or call the manufacturer directly. I only have 2 (snapless multi) but have been using them 2-3 times a week each for about 2.5 months and have no issues.

    I haven't had problems like that but I have two medium OBF and the snap in inserts are different sizes. One is about 4 inches longer than the other which is kind of strange so there is maybe a quality control issue. I ordered mine from Nicki's.

    I have 2 different sizes of inserts for each. I thought it was a quality control thing at first but I think that is on purpose.

    I did get them from Nikki's!!! Huray for never emptying my trash email folder! Hopefully they will exchange them since I have had them less than a month! Thanks everyone! I knew this shouldn't have happened so soon!

    FWIW I had to call Sbish a couple of years ago for a snap issue, and the customer service was phenomenal.

    Also, if you ever can't remember where you ordered something, you can usually log into your account and see your past orders.

    Sorry, no this isn't the smaller doubler, which I've never used, but the main snap in inserts. My green edged one is significantly smaller than my lavender edged one, though they are both mediums. I suspect the smaller one is actually meant for a small OBF but it works so no big deal.
