Does she have lots of wet diapers? Our ped waited until day 4 to try a thermometer and then on day five we have her half a suppository and that did the trick. They weren't overly worried unless she had yellowish coloring on face or eyes or no/too few wet diapers.
I would call and ask them what to look for/ try to help the LO out.
We are now on day 2 of no poop (again). I spoke to pedi this am and he is having us give an ounce of prune juice over the course of a day - so a little in each bottle. He said upwards of a week is considered okay as long as there's no vomiting or blood in the stool (we are FF so not sure how this differs for BF), and they are continuing to eat normally. Around day 2 they begin to get uncomfortable and so the recommendation is to add prune juice. Some pedis also use pear juice.
The rectal thermometer does get things moving, but when we discussed it today he said he prefers to get things started top down rather than bottom up because bottom up too often can make them dependent on the thermometer, which isn't good.

@MrMrsandBaby I wouldn't worry to much just yet! I agree with pp as long as she's having wet diapers the poo isn't as important. For piece of mind you could call the pedi on Monday if still no poop. It is funny how the silliest of things really matter now, like poop
