Just feeling so so sad. Overwhelmed by everything...work, toddler, housework...life. Needing a breath of fresh air.
Sorry you're feeling down. It may benefit you to talk to someone a little bit closer to your life than the internet, and I really don't mean that in a snarky way.
D14 November Siggy Challenge: The feels of 3rd trimester...
I second getting some literal fresh air! I always feel a bit better after taking a walk, or just a few deep breaths while looking at the sky. You aren't alone-hope you feel better soon!
Is this a newer occurrence for you or lingering in the back ground for a little while? Do you have a friend that is able to talk? They will probably be a good person.
((Hugs)) you've got a lot going on so it's normal to be a little down. Definitely try to find time to give yourself a mental break. Take a walk, call a friend, get a long bath, whatever. If it lasts and lasts or you feel worse instead of better, let your OB know. Hormones can do a number and depression in pregnancy is a real medical problem you can get help for. Hope you feel better soon!
In memory of the baby Hufflepuff and all the angel babies of D14
I'm right there with you. On Thursday I woke up and cried for a solid 20 minutes! Just overwhelmed by lif (baby, toddler, work, etc)I've spent some time just doing nothing today and that has helped. And the crying helped too! I just needed to let it all out. I hope you feel better soon!
