STTN/Supply question -

LO is sttn from about 12a-5a. She nurses every 2-3 hours during the day. Usually in the middle of the night I get really full and I may pump about halfway through. Lately, it hasn't been as uncomfortable so I often end up sleeping through it and I just wake up uncomfortable and nurse her. If I don't pump in the middle, will that effect my supply since she consistently nurses so frequently during the day?

    yeah i second the sleep advice
    your body will adjust - it just takes a few days
    same thing happened to me
    for a while i decided to pump an extra session before i went to bed so the uncomfortableness in the AM was a bit better - but lately since i'm so exhausted from working i don't always do so. plus i have a love-hate relationship with pumping

    Enjoy the sleep! You're daytime supply will be fine. Personally, since I was going back to work and building a freezer stash, I initially pumped MOTN because I was getting a "free" 7 oz which was helping the stash tremendously.  But, if you don't need to build a stash, enjoy the extra sleep. I-)
