When do you need to add this to babies insurance? I have the option of adding them now or next September. I didn't know if it was better to get it now or later.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs. My rainbow arrived 10/15/14. TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
We took DD1 to her first dental visit at a year. I don't think I would take DD2 any earlier than that. It is pretty inexpensive if you pay out of pocket because they do not really do much. They looked into her mouth and wiped something on her teeth with a q-tips.
@crawford411 that's interesting about the eye appointments. When I asked my ophthalmologist he told me there isn't really much they can do until kids have communication skills. I guess I should look into that more.
I feel like I've seen infants under 1 wearing glasses (with a band around their head to keep them on) for a lazy eye or because they are cross eyed. are those actually treated at > 1 yo?

My (preemie) twins are seeing a pediatric ophthalmologist at six months, but it is covered under medical. We only have that appointment because they are preemies though.
