Hello! I was semi-active on TTGP a while back, and it's been a super long time since I've been on here... not sure if I know anyone on here anymore?! Just wanted to introduce myself, since DH and I are going back to the RE soon. A lot of my history is in my siggy, but we started TTC in February 2012. Had a few long, anovulatory cycles and was diagnosed with PCOS in November 2012. In Jan/Feb 2013, we did two cycles of Femara with no response. We've pretty much been on treatment hiatus since March 2013. We bought a house, I've gotten a way better job... Just a ton of things happened. I tried to lose weight and do a more holistic approach in hopes that things might improve, changing what I eat and so on, but it really never made much of a difference for me. My cycles have been terribly out of whack since December 2013, so it's made it difficult to even really be trying but now that I've settled into this new job a little we're going to start pursuing treatment again. When we decided to pause treatment, the next step was either to do a (relatively high) dose of Clomid or injectables, so I'm guessing my RE's recommendations will be similar this time too. Anyway, nice to meet you all

Husband: 26 SA: normal
Me: 23 Low AMH and damaged ovaries due to chemotherapy.
No AF or O in 3 years. HSG showed a slight T shaped uterus.
High Risk OB 9/29- got the ok to get pregnant.
RE Appt: 10/28/ U/S showed follicles, but also small damaged ovaries.
B/W results CD0: all normal except low AMH at 1.3
Cycle 1-November (TI)- Femera 2.5mg, 2mg Estradoil, and Trigger=BFN

DH's Repeat SA: Poss. Low Morph. (138 million sperm, 73% motility, 8% morphology) - Kruger criteria
HSG and SIS: Normal (tubes clear)
Medicated Cycle: 5mg Letrozole + Trigger Injection + TI = BFP!!
