Red spot on eye?

DS all of the sudden has a red spot on one if his eyes? Does anyone know what this could be from?

    Could be a stye.

    Is it on his actual eyeball? It could be a blood vessel that popped from either staining to hard to poop or forcefully spitting up.

    I used to nanny for a little girl who had this happen to her often.

    DS had a red spot on his left eye from an irritation/allergy. I'm FTM so of course took him in to pedi and it was nothing. Went away after a few days. He has very sensitive skin so I think it was a reaction to something.
