How did your week go? Any accomplishments? Did you meet your goals? What do you need support and encouragement with this week?
Bonus: what's a good veggie side you do for thanksgiving?
1. This week went really well! 2. I haven't weighed in yet so not sure as far as numbers go. 3. I met my goal of sticking to my meal plan 100% 4. I will need encouragement to keep on track with my diet.
I have never done a veggie side for thanksgiving !
1. The week went pretty well. As of right now I am only 100 calories over budget for the week. That's probably going to be shot all to hell this weekend because it's my girls weekend. 2. I have completed week one of T25! 3. I didn't really have any. I guess my new goal is to keep my eating in check while still enjoying myself this weekend. 4. To keep going with T25. It's hard, I have to do it after LO goes to bed and my house is a wreck because that's my usual cleaning time.
I did okay this week. But I'm still not tracking (on purpose) and still have insatiable need for sweets. Plus this week was difficult emotionally.
I ran once. That's all. I was really hoping for more. I'll give it another shot this week.
I want to try doing Brussel sprouts but I've had them done well. And DH doesn't like them, so I'll be doing something else as well. Obviously, I asked because I need ideas.
