Weekly check-in anyone?

anyone interested in a weekly check in? I thought we could do things like weight checks (gains, losses, same) a weekly goal we can set for ourselves (ex. push ups everyday, walking extra 5 min, don't eat out all week, no candy, ect) challenges to get input/support/ advice. any other thing anyone can think of to add.

  • I'm game. We do something similar to this on the Born to Run Junebugs thread. You're welcome to join, even if you're not a runner. 

    I set a goal of running/walking 20 miles this month. I have 18 more to go! 

    Next week my goal is to put down over 1/2 a gallon of water each day while at work and do 50 squats each day at my desk. My knees have been killing me since giving birth, I have to build the strength back up in my legs I guess. I stopped working out the last month for fear I would induce myself and I wasn't ready! LOL!

  • Lol, towards the end of pregnancy a lot of things went and plenty of bad habits have been formed. It's hard to find a new routine now with LO. Trying to consistently do what I can when I can I think will be key. Born to run sounds good, I'll check it out. Need something to keep me on track.
