So far we are planning to get a sit n spin, my mom has one at her house and he loves it. And we are planning to get a cozy coupe but the truck one. That's about it so far.
All I have figured out so far is the Vtech go go smart wheel Train Station play set. We have 2 other sets and he loves them. I want to get him a few books. Other than that I have no idea.
DH has been finding things he wants to buy for DS all over the place. I told him no more after he bought the last thing. Granted it's not a lot, but he JUST had a birthday...
He got him a set of Disney Cars cars and one of those vtech learning chairs I think? (The yellow plastic one with all the buttons). I feel like there's something else but I can't remember what. Also, my mom is getting him the Melissa and Doug band in a box.
we need more shoes and we need some bath toys. I have nothing for the bathtub. I usually just let them play with the shampoo bottles and they are over it. Maybe a sled. Probably some smallish things to put in a stocking. Nothing big. They really don't need anything. I'm sure my mother and grandparents and family will more than make up for it.
I got her Christmas pjs, ornament for this year (I am getting her one each year to match something in her life that year), some Christmas books, FIL made her a rocking chair so a pad for the back and seat of it, maybe a shopping cart and food or an easel.
It's a family tradition to do a new ornament every year. I got them when I was little and we will do it for DS. We also get a new family one every year we have like 3 from the year we were married.

I wanted to get a sit n spin so bad for D's birthday, but everyone thought she was way too young. Glad to know some babies are using it and liking it!

I bought one for my niece and my mom keeps it at her house. DS plays with it all the time. Mostly he spins it but if you sit him on it he spins it slowly. My niece is 3 and still plays with it. Best $20 I ever spent!

Hide and Squeak Eggs. Huge hit here! Sadly most of the original set we had have been lost, so we are getting her another set. Although it does take 3 weeks to get here.
Some board books.
Past that... I am not sure. We have other kids and toys they have had (even after the purge). I know she still loves her Little Tykes Activity Garden that we purchased last year (knowing she would not be ready for it till mid year) on a Black Friday sale for only $30.
I can say that a Sand and Water table are always a huge hit with the littles. We had one inside for some time because of #1 and his sensory needs. I still have it.

Santa will be bringing a the Step 2 workbench, a few Melissa & Doug puzzles and the Melisssa & Doug car carrier. The presents from DH and I will be 1 item each for "wants," "needs", "wears" and "reads." We also will give him the traditional Cheisas Eve box which will have a pair of Christmas pjs, Christmas book and new ornament (as he gets older, we'll substitute the book for a Christmas video).
Clog free tear ducts (that surgery is wicked expensive) and a reading teepee!
Oh no, bummer about the tear duct surgery. I'm afraid it's inevitable for Graham, but I'm trying to delay it. His one eye was always crusty then a couple months ago starting where it would actually look okay for a couple days. We had his 12 mo check up today and the pedi agreed to hold off for now. But he gets conjunctivitis with every cold and she said if that keeps up, we need to move forward with evaluation. I'd love to hear how the surgery goes for you guys.
