stressed and confused FOLLOW UP

I took 50th of clomid this cycle. I got an positive opk on cd 16....on cd 24 my progesterone came back 7.5. :(
The nurse said it was highly unlikely I would be pregnant. On to the next cycle.
Well today is cd 28 and for 3 days I have had light brown discharge. I wouldn't even call it spotting. Basically only when I wipe.
No other symptoms or either pregnancy or AF.
Any thoughts?
I haven't take a test as assuming the nurse was right I gave up hope this cycle.



So I am in alot of pain today and the spotting is now more blood like. I would assume by the end of the day I will consider this CD1. Ignoring the earlier spotting that makes my luteal phase 11 days...spotting included...8 days. Is this something I need to bring up to the doc. This seems short if you include the spotting.

    Are you charting? Did you have any monitoring? A positive OPK doesn't mean you for sure ovulated. Progesterone is ideally checked at 7DPO and CD24 easily could have been a day or two off based on OPK alone. I don't think you can know anything at this point until AF fully arrives or you get a BFP, unless I am missing information.

    Your not missing info...I have a terrible time with temps because my sleep patterns stink! I was also in Mexico on the days following the opk...so that screwed up temps even more

    You might have Oed late or not at all. Without monitoring/charting there is no way to know.

    I am so sorry for the bad news :( I agree you may have Od late or maybe not at all.  Did you have any monitoring?

    Your doctor should be monitoring you so you should know exactly when you ovulated! Please don't take any more clomid until you see an RE who can accurately monitor you! It could cause more harm than good if not properly monitored.

    I hope you had fun in Mexico and get some answers soon! I would take a pregnancy test once a week until you get a bfp, AF or you go 60 days without a period. Good luck!
