Painless plugged duct?

Is this possible? I've had plugged ducts before but this one seems different. It's a big hard lump (Size of 2 golf balls), not painful, and isn't going away after 48 hours. It came on very suddenly. Last night LO slept 3 more hours than usual and it didn't even hurt. I'll ask my Dr when I see her next week but has anyone had something like this?

I think I would get into the doctor ASAP.....that doesn't seem normal. GL!

Thanks ladies! After 3 days it was gone...so weird, I'll ask my Dr at my appointment next week!
