Sorry for the AW, but who couldn't use some cute puppy photos to start the day?

Today is my Claire Bear's 6th birthday.

I made arrangements to get a Golden Retriever about 7 years ago - giving up on dating, men and all stupidness. I updated my FB status to say "who needs a man when you can have man's best friend"...
So, of course, between the time I did that and when Claire was born, I met my now husband. By the time Claire came to us we were well enough established together to call her "our dog"...she's our first baby. :)

She's sensitive, thoughtful, crazy, kinda dumb, the most loving dog.

DH and I were going through puppy photos remembering those good days. I thought you guys might like some super cuteness to coo over.

    OMG.... She is beautiful! I love Goldens, and that puppy face is so cute. Happy birthday Claire.

    I absolutely love Golden pups. They are just such sweet little fluff balls... and grow up to be good dogs, too!
