Serious sciatic nerve pain

I can't take it anymore!! That pillow between the legs bs doesn't work for me :( and Tylenol is a joke. Please has anyone found a solution???

    Google around for some stretches to try. My chiropractor showed me some but I can't even begin to explain it here. Also, a monthly chiropractor visit has helped keep my alignment in check and has helped my nerve pain so maybe give that a try too.
