Freezer Meals

I am going back to work on Monday and dreading the thought of having to come home after work and taking care of my 20 month old and newborn, then cooking dinner. I was thinking of trying freezer meals so I could cook on Sunday's and not worry about it during the week...anyone have suggestions on cookbooks or websites for this? Thanks!

    I just bought "Don't Panic, Dinner's in the Freezer". I haven't frozen any of the recipes yet, but I've cooked a few right away. They were pretty good, and easy. The only thing I did that the recipes didn't mention was to cover the baking dish with foil when it's in the oven....the first time I tried without and the chicken got too dry.

    Crock pot is key for me right now because my middle schoolers have started sports so I'm never home in the afternoon and early evening. I even throw everything in there the night before and put the bowl in the fridge to start up in the morning. I would love freezer meals but have zero freezer space.
