I don't know about you, but my family has been melting my heart lately with all the kind things they have been doing in regards to my pregnancy and the new baby boy joining us soon

Since we told SS8 that we are having a boy, he is very excited! We also told him that the baby can hear him so he talks to him. Last night at bed he put his face right next to my belly and said goodnight to his brother.

I am a FTM so I am just so happy and excited

When SO's parents come over for dinner, they make him bring me my plate and drink, and make sure I don't have to get up over and over again. When I went in to try and clean the kitchen, his mom made him go in there and do it instead. She's also trying to make him learn how to cook so when baby gets here I don't have to do that on top of trying to learn how to care for a newborn.

They also talk to my belly which is really sweet.

I love the belly talking! And that is nice of your IL's.
My husband already does most of the cooking around here so I can't complain in that department

Both sides of mine and SOs family are very excited because little man will be the first grandchild, but I'm extremely surprised at the length my coworkers have gone to make sure I'm not overdoing anything. I'm a manager in retail so I'm on my feet all day, so they do whatever they can to help me out! I'm very grateful that I have such a close relationship with all of them and that they care so much.

My H rubs my belly a lot and tells me "take care of her today" when he leaves for work which is always sweet.

I am also a FTM @lisap0924 and I have a 9 year old step daughter. Ever since we told her we are having a girl, she has been even more excited about it! She gives my belly hugs and kisses and asks to read a story to her a lot of times when it's bed time. It's so sweet!

My nephews (3 and 5) are also over the moon! I got a video of my youngest nephew saying her name on Tuesday and it was amazing how he sounded out each syllable. They just got back from Hawaii and it sounds like they were very particular about what to pick out for their new baby cousin.

It's just so nice having everyone share in the excitement!!

I transfered within my company in august and one of my new (I'd met him before but didn't really know him) gave me a blanket for my baby. It was so unexpected and I almost cried when he gave it to me.

Before bed and nap time, my son always kisses my belly.. I love when he points to my belly and says "baby." Of course I love my H rubbing and talking to the baby, but the best thing ever, is my son dancing and smiling to the sound of the baby's heartbeat! I took a video at my last appointment, and he loves it, and imitates the "whoosh" sound, but I just went today and took another video so I'm sure he's gonna love it. He actually points to my phone and asks for "baby" when he wants to hear it. Talk about heart melting!!!!

I was just thinking about how loved I felt this morning. My car broke down this week and it is done. I have had 3 friends offer to let me use their cars for the next few weeks, while I look for a new one. Each would end up having to ride their bikes to work, in order to for me to have a car. I just feel very grateful. My friend/coworker lent me his Audi to drive and let me tell you, it is a huge upgrade from my little 98 Honda Civic. I told him that it is going to make it more difficult for me to stay within my budget for my new car.

I need to add that i just got home from my dr's appointment. And I'm craving a cheesy broccoli soup. I called every place I could think of and no one has it. Then my aunt remembered a soup place nearby, called, and they have it. So she and my mom (who were babysitting) went out to get me the soup! I am feeling majorly spoiled right now. They said "thats what you do for pregnant women!" This being my second pregnancy, I am definitely not spoiled like the first time. So I'm definitely enjoying this moment of free babysitting, and soup delivery!

@Tazminian‌ sorry about your car troubles, you have some amazing friends offering you their only car!!! Good luck with the car search.
