Tuesday - Vote Day

Everybody voting today or already did?  DH and I are voting tonight after work.  We will take the kids.  Our polling center is in a retirement home and the residents all come out and say hi to everybody voting and they love to see kids. 

Planned DS1 birthday - it is in 2 weeks.  We are going to the fancy kids place he wants to go that is further away.  I hope at least 6 kids from his class come.

    We all voted this morning. I always take the kids so they can participate in the process too. Democrats in kansas need to show up today. We have a close senate race.

    Yep, i will go when I take A to the doc. I will wear her while i vote. She likes to peek under doors and cutrains. LOL

    I took both girls on the way to grocery shop. No waiting at all. Good thing, too, C is in rare form today. Holy tantrums.

    I voted absentee ballot at the township office on Saturday and took LO with me.
    Our issues are a local millage renewal for the school district and two state-wide proposals on wolf hunting.

    We have legalize medical marijuana, extend money for schools, money for children services council.

    We have to vote for governor  - not a big fan of either.

    State Representative - though ours is supposedly favored to win he is passionate about children's issues, so I want to make sure.

    Everything else I'm not sure about.

    Legalizing medical marijuana defeated here.  Both county issues keeping money the same for schools and children services (the program DS2 recieves his speech services through) passed so I was glad about that.
