Hi - I have baby #2 due in January, and I remember my nipples were really sore the first few weeks with DS. Also I had supply issues.
I've heard good things about "soothies" breast pads, but I'd prefer something that does not need to be thrown away. Some of those you can use multiple times or up to 6 days, but it still seems disposable.
This looks like it might be good - any thoughts or other recommendations?

And I know my nipples will get used to it and toughen up, and I plan on using lanolin too, but I figured it can't hurt to try something else if people recommend it. Thanks.

I have the Medela washable pads and some Bamboobies too (heart shaped - ha ha). They worked well for me too.
