Prenatal Yoga in Charleston

Does anyone know of any Prenatal Yoga classes in the Charleston area? Or have been to any in the past that they recommend?

    Yea, I was hoping someone has some personal experience with one. I've heard to beware of some. Some claim "prenatal" but the instructors aren't actually trained to assist with pregnant women, so was just hoping someone has actually been to a really good one that they love.

    The Yoga Loft in Summerville has a class every Thursday at 4pm and their owner is actually a labor/delivery nurse!!
