Bottoms Up - flipping/turning vibes wanted!

I'm 36w5d today. Baby is still breech today. Everything else is looking pretty good, so plan is to wait it out and see how things progress.

NST was great today. GD is under control, but my bp is starting to creep up a bit (not surprised as I find my #s are worse when my swelling is up). Starting back on my bp med and doing a 24hr urine test.

I'll take some flipping vibes as doc said its a 50/50 crapshoot at this point forward that baby will turn on his own. Vaginal delivery is still an option if lil guy would turn.

@kmw08 I swear by doing "inversions" from the spinning babies website. It was uncomfortable and I had to have H help me get into position and then help me get up again but I flipped my breech DS2 at around 35 weeks. Here is me doing an inversion around that time...It's alot harder than it looks. I also did the "frozen peas" trick and would put a bag of frozen veggies at the top of my bump for 5-10 minutes a few times a day. Whether any of this "worked" or baby boy flipped on his own, I don't know. But he was head down by the time I went into labor. Good luck! PM me if you want to chat about hanging out upside down

When my friend's baby was in breech position her dr told her to play music by her vajayjay and it worked! I don't know if it's a wives tale but it's worth a shot! Turn baby turn!

Sending lots of flipping vibes your way! My SIL had the same thing going on and they went in and manually flipped the baby and everything went great and she was able to have her vaginally.

@e&b0811 I started weekly appointments today. So far the plan each week is to do a quick US to check fluid levels & babys position. I'm not sure about the NST, that might be done weekly from here on out too. It's all more precautionary than anything -- due to the septum surgery I'm kind of categorized in a JIC worse case scenario.

@SamanthaLaura16‌ I'm not a candidate for manual rotation or I'd give it a whirl. My OB looked into it and I looked around for info and discussed it here and with the docs I work with. Everybody has concluded it's not worth the risk in my situation (uterine rupture is worst case scenario -- damn septum)!

@stinybean‌ the music is a new one to me. Anything is worth a try!

@mpiemont‌ love that pic! You're elevated more than I had imagined in my mind. Wonder if doing that and taping cold items at the same time can help increase the odds??? How long did you stay in that position 10-15mins?

Bhahaha I'm visioning myself in that position, peas taped under my boobs and my iPhone with some peaceful music tucked near my vag. There will be no evidence of this lololololol

@kmw08 I don't think I stayed that way very long. If I remember correctly I was doing it 3 times a day for maybe a couple minutes at most. It was pretty uncomfortable and would make my awful awful acid reflux even worse. And talk about a major head rush when I sat up. Definitely have someone there to help.
