Where are you with potty training? I really haven't thought about it, DD has a potty in her room though and tonight she sat on it, in her pajamas, but she stood up and said "water" sure enough there is liquid in the potty. Took it to the bathroom and it was yellow, definitely not water. I'm thinking we'll start at the new year.

B is starting to point to her diaper and will say 'poop,' whether she's peed or pooped, about 50% of the time.

We sit her on te potty at night before she gets in the bath, though she just likes to unspool some toilet paper, put it in the toilet and flush.

I'm not rushing at all.

I plan to revisit it in three months. She has gone a couple of times randomly but we don't put her on the potty unless she asks at this point. She has no concept of having to pee or poop yet and only recognizes that she has gone maybe ten percent of the time. She is youngest at daycare so I'm hoping that she will get some exposure as they work with the two ahead of her. I'm in no hurry to push it since no is her favorite word when we push anything. :-)

i'd like to start kind of soon...with #2 on the way i'd like to see if we can't get her out of diapers so i'm not dealing with 2 at the same time...

we're still in the middle of the remodel...so probably when we move back home....our bathroom will be nice and bigger than it was before...and we have a potty for her...

but tbh...i have no idea what to do to train her....but as long as i can get her trained by may? is that possible? she's already fighting wearing diapers....

We've started. She was really into and going #1 and #2 daily. Now it's hit or miss. For instance yesterday she pooped twice on the potty. But a lot of time she'll tell you "poop" or "pee" and grab her diaper, yet when you ask her if she needs to go she refuses. Or she'll say yes but she's already started in the diaper.

I'm trying to keep it fun. When she goes she gets "treats" (m&ms and Sofia stickers) and if she doesn't we don't make a big deal out of it and try again later. My goal is by this summer.

My DH and I have been talking about this lots lately. Mostly we're both tired of diaper changes and so is DS. He tells us about half the time he needs to go poop or pee and if he's naked he always will go sit on the potty to go. I think I'm the one who's hesitate. I'm a little nervous about the change to our routine, when we go out and the inevitable accidents that will occur.

I marked started, but we haven't done anything really serious yet. DD will ask to sit on the toilet and will go maybe 1/3 of the time when she asks. DH is taking a bunch of time off when baby arrives, so we plan on giving it a serious go around her birthday when he is home to help.

I plan to start him soon. He follows me in the bathroom and flushes his toy potty. He's been telling me about poop in his diaper for a couple months already, but I got really excited when he told me about his poop before he pooped. Only 5 seconds before, but that's a start.

He only likes to sit on the potty because he likes the book we have in there, and he likes to flush. I sit him on it daily but nothing yet.

I see some signs she is ready, but she will not sit on the potty. Well she will with her clothes on, but as soon as I take her diaper off she won't have anything to do with it. Twice this weekend she told me she had to poop, and did, but when I would say do you want to sit on the potty she would run.

I'm excited we finally just got her to open her mouth for brushing teeth. Lol.

Not even on the radar. DS#2 hasn't shown any interest whatsoever. DS#1 was 3.5 y/o before he was ready, and he told us that he was. Trying to force it earlier was miserable, and I will never do that again. I hope that DS#2 is ready earlier than his brother was, but I'm not going to expect it.

DD loves the potty so w have been casually going at it bc she doesn't tell me when she has to go but loves to sit on it.

DS did really well for about a week when we first introduced the potty. He would tell us when he had to pee and he would go. Like I said, that lasted for about a week. Now he wants nothing to do with it. Oh well. I figure he'll come back to it when he's ready.
