Sell stroller or return completely?

DH and I purchased the graco Capri quatro tour reverse travel system. I have never been so mad before!! Upon leaving the store the box fit perfectly in the car. We got home and assembled everything only to find out that the stroller does not fit in the car anywhere! Not in the trunk or backseat! The nearest babies r us is a little over an hour away.

    You can return it for another stroller but if you still it you probably won't get all your money back.

    Return it! Just go when you might have some more shopping to do,  or maybe try calling BRU customer service line and see if you can ship it since the closest location is a drive.

    Return and exchange you will never get all your money back.  The hassle to sell will be more than the drive most likely...

    I hate my small car. Definitely not child friendly in any way. Guess DH and I are going to make the trip back this weekend. Y'all are right- I would never get my money back.

    What about the graco modes stroller system?  I believe its a bit smaller and it is also reversible.  I think its around the same price as the one you got too.  I've heard good reviews on it too.

    BRU should allow you to take their floor models of things out to try in your car. Strollers, Car Seats, Ect.  They usually send an employee out with you, but I haven't ever had an issue with them giving me a hard time.

    Lol I know I was at BRU about..... 99 times in the 3rd tri with my DS (it sucks for sure). I'd definitely do the return, but foxslaw is right - make something fun of it! :)

    I was just wondering if this would be an option since they let you play with everything anyway.

    Is there a Toy R Us closer to you? any times they will take a return for a BRU item.  Maybe worth a shot.

    Also, I would try calling toys r us or Graco first and trying to get them to exchange it by mail. You never know!

    That is the problem w/ travel system strollers. They take up sooooooo much room! I am getting the Chicco liteway plus that folds down into an umbrella style. Maybe check this one out? I had the regular Liteway before and loooooved it.
