pregnant maybe update

So I went to my ob on Wednesday. Had another faint positive test. Since my cycles are so out of wack they sent me for an ultrasound and nothing was there. It was pretty disappointing to not see a lottle blob on the screen. They sent me for bloodwork and depending on my levels ill have a other ultrasound next week to see if the little blob has appeared. They said it could either be too early, the baby could be somewhere else, or I may be getting ready to miscarry. So im keeping my fingers crossed all goes well over the next few weeks.
