NBR Question

How do you rinse your dishes when you *hand* wash them?
Run them under fresh running water?
Keep a sink of water and dunk them?
Other, explain?

I've seen the dunk method a few times and wondered how common it was. It would certainly conserve water but I'm not sure I'd feel like I'm getting at the soap off.

Eta clarity

Re: NBR Question

  • If I hand wash the dishes I rinse under running water. I've seen the dunking method but I mostly use the dishwasher.

  • Just realized my question could be taken any way, I meant when hand washing dishes...n for the dishwasher I just throw them in there however dirty they are lol.... I'll edit my original post.
  • I fill dirty pots and pans with soap and water wash them down, then rinse under clean running water. Regular dishes I'm the dishwasher no pre rinse.
  • Rinse with running water, but I turn it off after I rinse each dish. I also put a dirty pot under the water so as I rinse clean dishes the water does double duty to soak the pot.
