What will you do if you or DH get sick?

So, DH woke up this morning saying he has a cold.  Usually he takes first shift with LO at night, but I won't let him do that tonight and I'm hoping I don't catch it.  What will you do if you (which is the more tricky part) or DH gets sick?

    I've been fighting off a cold for days. Other than trying to rest as much as I can to get over it, it's life as usual. I'm her food source, I can't really avoid her.

    DH is home sick today with bad diahrea. He's doing nothing with the baby. If it was something like a cold he'd probably be helping out still, but with extra hand washing or sanitizer, like others have mentioned.

    Good to hear.  Obviously, with two kids in school all day long, I can't avoid it forever.  Just over paranoid over here!
