Beckham Morris's birth story!

Hello ladies! I have been reading yalls post and trying to love tit. I have been super busy;)

I had an induction scheduled for Tuesday morning, so Parker and I checked into the hospital at 10:30 Monday might! They started me on a pill that was suppose to thin my cervix. That night before the pill, I was at 1 cm and 50%. I was up all night having contractions. Tuesday morning, they decided to not give me another dose of the pill because my contractions were too close together.

10:00 a.m.Tuesday: they gave me an epidural and stuck this balloon type thing inside of me. The epidural was great. I hated how it numbed my legs.

It took me forever to progress. The balloon fell out of me around 4 when I was 4 cm dilated. At this time I was also 60-70%.

They gave me another shot of the epi because I was feeling bad contractions only in my left side. I have no clue what time that was because I wasn't paying attention:)

Before birth, they gave me another shot of the epi. My contractions were strong and they were 2 minutes apart. I was gripping the hand rail and crying because of the pain. I don't know how you ladies do natural! When giving me theist shot, they added some medicine? It made me shaky and out of it. I felt like I wasn't alive almost... Hated it.

Shortly after the last dosage, I was having back labor. The nurse checked me and I was 10 and 100%! We did 3 practice pushes and got set up to push!

I remember looking at the clock at 2:50 a.m. And saying my grandfather would be right, the baby will be here after 3!

I pushed until 3:10 and beckham arrived! My sister and Kari were holding my legs. It was an amazing experience. Parker did great!

I had a 2nd degree tear and lots of bleeding! Beckham had a fever and breathing problems, so I could not breastfeed right away:(

24 hours of labor was so worth it! He is gorgeous. 8 lbs and 7 oz! 20.5 inches! I haven't slept since Sunday night, so I'm pretty worn out!

He has fed twice so far!
