I'm 29w pregnant with my 2nd little love, and lately I'm winded so easily, and have an extremely hard time trying to catch my breath! Any one else having this problem? I'm not sure how to deal for the next almost 11 weeks
Yes, since around the start of 3rd tri. It's quite common and can be completely normal. Progesterone makes you breathe deeper and your uterus is growing putting pressure on your diaphragm.

Yup. I'm right there with you. By the time I got to my desk this morning I was so winded and exhausted. The end is near! (just in a long, drawn-out, uncomfortable type of way)
I just had to go run after a neighbors dog who got out. I've been sitting for five minutes and I'm still breathing heavily. Next time the dog is out of luck!
Yup same issue here... it's tough.. I just try n keep my posture good when sitting or standing, I walk slow as a snail if I need to lol and if possible I'll lay down for a bit n just try n inhale deeply, sometimes that helps, he will adjust himself n give my lungs a little room but not always... :-) GL!
It's especially hard if you're LO is sitting high - which mine does most of the time.
Although today is a welcome relief for my lungs - she decided to flip flop after breakfast and is currently putting ALL THE PRESSURE on my bladder and intestines. I feel sorry for anyone who accidentally gets in the way of my jet-propelled waddling this afternoon...
