1) How far along are you?
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track?
3) Any goals for this week?
GTKY: Welcome November! How did you enjoy your extra hour from Daylight Savings Time ending? Or...if you are like me, did it have no effect on you other than holding your breath and hoping your child doesn't wake up even earlier?
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? Moved my long run of 8.5 miles to Saturday instead of Sunday because of weather. Ran Wed-Fri as well and I think the 4 days of consecutive running was too. Ate too much Halloween candy. Oops.
3) Any goals for this week? Make Thursday a lift day instead of running. Run another 8 miles on Sunday.

Or...if you are like me, did it have no effect on you other than holding your breath and hoping your child doesn't wake up even earlier? Like I said, I didn't. I was up at 5:30 (6:30) and my daughter didn't even get up until 6:30 (7:30). I did enjoy my coffee in peace and quiet though which was nice.
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I went to Zumba one day and found that it is now getting harder to breath due to little man being so high I had to leave class 15 minutes early because I couldnt breathe
3) Any goals for this week? I want to try to make it the entire class this time and pace myself better!

***ETA - wow I feel lazy looking at what everyone else does for working out! I was working out 5 days a week, but I had to cut back due to a few complications

I hardly made it to the gym My eating was on point, though, even with Halloween, so I'm not too bummed.

Exercise more.
GTKY: I didn't really get an extra hour of sleep... I woke up at 6:15 (which I usually get up at 7:15 on the weekends). DD did well and woke up at 7:45! My hunger needs to get on this new schedule, though! I was dying for lunch at 10:30 yestersday!

Made it to one prenatal yoga class at the studio and did yoga at home. Also, I think my one hour of hiking around in the woods in heavy boots totally counts. 3) Any goals for this week? I'd like to try and do something in addition to my yoga class but I'm having a hard time with night shift and not being awake before the gym closes. Didn't really affect me. Went to bed at normal time and then woke up at the ass crack of dawn to go hunting with my dad & husband.
Hi Ladies! I'm going to join the check in because I really need the motivation and accountability to keep up with my physical activity.
1) How far along are you? 28 weeks
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track?
My goals last week were to exercise 3-4 times and stretch every night. I did not succeed I signed up for a planet fitness membership yesterday and talked with my husband about needing his support to make time for fitness. I am all set to go after work today!

Same as last week. Exercise 3-4 times for 30-40 minutes and stretch nightly. But this week I have renewed commitment and support!

I was lucky and my son got the memo to sleep late! I enjoyed lounging for an extra hour!

Went to Zumba yesterday, paced myself well, lasted the entire hour and I am SOOO happy! I cant wait to go on Saturday
