DH and I are taking Jocelyn to Chicago for a weekend in November and taking the train from milwaukee to Chicago
We will not have a car and hotel is not walking distance from train station
Do we bring a car seat and move it from taxi to taxi? I would think so but I'm not a big city girl so I don't know the rules
Thanks in advance

Then I read some scary things about seat belts and infants/toddlers. So it is recommended to put a toddler in their own seat with their own seatbelt. Do not hold them on your lap because it is humanly impossible to hold on to them during a crash. Also do not buckle them in the seat belt with you. If you weigh 100 lbs and get into a crash at 30 mph, the G force causes you to weigh 2500 lbs and you will crush your child (and I want to throw up).
