  No periods due to 17 years of ballet and distance running after college.  Zero response to 2 months of Clomid, little response to Letrozole.  IUI left with 9 cysts = too many viable eggs due to age.  On to IVF.  Low dose of all meds still produced 37 mature eggs 12.6.11.  Froze due to overstimulation.  

  FET #1.1 1.22.12 BFN.   FET #1.2 2.22.12=GRACE! (and a vanishing twin).  

  Grace Katherine born 10.25.12 @ 36w6w 6#14oz 19.5".
  FET #1.3 3.2013 BFN FET#1.4 4.2013 BFN. Never tried a fresh transfer.  Let's try, despite 10 still frozen.  
  ER 6.26.13 27 mature eggs, slight overstim. ET   7.1.13 ectopic, FET 2.1  9.10.14   TRIPLETS!!

  I just do one at a time. Car is in the garage and we have a child proofed, gated playroom. So one stays there while I put the first in the car, then I go get the other.

  We don't park in the garage and I'm so nervous about leaving one twin in the car while I get the other. Especially on hot California days in my black SUV. Does anyone else have a different trick or do I just need to get over it and do one at a time?

  If you have a double umbrella stroller that folds up quick and easy that would always work to transfer back and forth. My garage isn't attached but isn't too far and I just keep one baby secure in the house (jumper or gated area) while I take the other to the car!

  I was just thinking about this...Oliver is getting too big for the infant carrier (he was 20lbs at his 6 month appt. last week). I'm thinking about getting a small double umbrella stroller - we don't park in the garage either...and at your house if I remember correctly there's the courtyard...so it's a bit of a ways from the car and that would make me nervous, too.

  Exactly @legaleagles‌. That patio puts some distance and limited visibility from the car to the door. An umbrella stroller might be a good idea.

  I live in hot-ass SoCal too, and I park in the driveway, and I still load and unload one at a time. The 30 seconds or so that it takes for me to plop one child in the pack and play by the door and then head back to the car is not putting them in any danger. I usually don't even close the minivan doors while I do it. I haul one twin out, put them inside, then unbuckle my three year old and get the other twin out while he's making his way to the door.
  <br My friend who just had twins lives in an apartment building with an underground parking garage and two steep flights of stairs between her and her apartment. In her case, I would recommend sticking one in the Ergo and carrying the other.

  I waited to switch until they could walk well, around 14mo.
  
  We don't park in our garage and it's not attached to our house. I get both of the outside and then stand one on the floor of the passenger seat while I buckle the other in. My 4yo can get in/out and buckle/unbuckle himself so I don't worry about him.

  PPs had good suggestions and mine is more to do with the hot car situation. DH had a remote start installed on my car. When I get out I just make sure the a/c controls are on full blast for the next time I start it. Then the next time I drive I use the remote start, put a baby in, lock their door and go get the other baby. Locking the door is more to slow down a baby-snatcher since they could open another door. Also, the car turns off if you try to drive without the key in the ignition.

  I'm just holding off on switching to convertibles until they can walk. I use my Joovy to do car to door transfers when I am by myself. Though sometimes I race one in, put her in her crib, then go get the other while both cry as they have obviously been abandoned for those 75 seconds. 

  
  

  With them crawling it has gotten harder as I can't just plop one next to the front door - have to put them in the crib or else who knows what will happen, get destroyed, or put in the mouth in those 75 seconds.

  Josie and Lexie were born on January 4, 2014 at 37w2d

  Josie was 5lbs2oz, Lexie was 4lbs15oz 

  Both had a 9 APGAR score with no NICU time

  Planned unscheduled C-Section due to both being breech

  We all went home on Jan 6th, 2 days after surgery
