On Election Day, I'm thankful for our country and everyone who makes sacrifices to defend it. I've spent a lot of time overseas, including in Iraq and other less than savory places, and have a great appreciation for our way of life. I am incredibly thankful for our military and their families, and the freedoms they protect and security they provide.
I forgot day 3 too so my #3 is I'm thankfulnfor my sweet, sweet 3 yr old son. He has brought so much happiness to my hubby and I and I love that little boy to pieces #4 I am thankful for my husband's easy going attitude this pregnancy and pretty much just trying to make me happy im any possible way.
Day 4 I am thankful to have a roof over my head and a nice car to drive. Makes big life changes like having a baby easier when you don't have to worry about how to get from point a to b or where you're going to live (:
really thankful for the service girl at the medical supply company who seemed to go out of her way to make sure i received my ~medela double electric turboboob pump~ quickly and that my insurance would cover it. she made it so easy for me, and i know it involved lots of back and forth with my insurance company.
also thankful for the insurance service person actually, who answered all my questions about baby's coverage when she gets here. i've had very good luck with insurance actually--which reminds me, thankful for my dad for all of his hard work managing his business and letting me/us stay on his plan for the next four months. we will really need it.
MILs who volunteer to take over your 18 month olds weekly gymnastics class! So excited to get an hour of freedom every Tuesday morning! (And to not crawl/bend/carry/chase DS around that gym!!!
I'm thankfully my dog is so relaxed and easy going. He just chills with us and doesn't get overly excited about things. I hope this temperament stays with him when LO arrives.
Thankful for my OB appointment going well today and feeling more ready for baby! All I need to do is finish up some work and finish cleaning my room (which is 85% done). Doctor said my baby is measuring 8 lbs and 7 oz but that's a lot compared to just last week (7 lbs 1 oz) so probably somewhere in between the two.
