Last Week - I walked wed-fri and lost 2 more pounds!! I seriously can't believe it, I'm so excited.
This Week - I will be travelling and plan on packing my shoes and make good choices, but the reality is that I will be happy to just maintain my weight and survive
Goals - 30 lbs (20 lbs down!!) I would love to lose 3 by Thanksgiving which would put me at pre-Bradley weight
I voted early, but voting in Florida is like picking which limb you want an alligator to bite off

This week I will be doing two short runs and a 4 mile run, some cross training and 10k steps the other days.
Goal: lose 25 lbs by Christmas and run a half marathon in March.
I voted early last week to avoid the madness today. I'm so happy the TV ads will stop.
This week: more of the same.
Goal: tone up!
