Getting Diapers from a Friend

So I have a friend who cloth diapers but because they just moved and now have an HE washer and dryer, she isn't going to use them anymore. She is having trouble getting them clean plus she shares the washer/dryer with her landlord and I think they have an issue with her putting diapers in there. So she has offered her entire stash to me. (I did try to point her to some places that could help her troubleshoot her problems. Not sure if she will work on it or not.)

My question is this, do I just take the diapers or do I offer to pay for them? Not sure the etiquette in this situation. At the very least I was thinking of giving her a few boxes of disposables, as a thank you. I know she could sell her stash for at least a couple hundred dollars. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I would offer to pay. She may decline. But especially if you don't like any of them and end up trading or selling later down the line you will feel better knowing you paid for them.

I would offer to pay, then if she says no I would get her a gift card to a place you know she is likely to buy disposables. That way she can can get the kind she wants. Like cloth, not every disposable works for every kid.

If you know what kind of disposables she plans on using, I'd get her a case or so. If you offer cash, she's more likely to turn it down even if she knows how much her stash is worth. If you don't know what kind she plans to use, I'd go with the gift card idea.
