Graco Rebate

I'm wondering if anyone can help me out? I ordered the Graco SnugRide Click Connect Car Seat in Tangerine on Amazon and noticed there was a $25.00 rebate. I tried to download the form multiple times at work as well as at home. I cannot get the darn thing downloaded. The program to use is Acrobat Reader and it never installs properly on either computer. I'm getting really frustrated and was wondering if anyone tried to download the form for the rebate? TIA

No experience trying to download the rebate but is it through Graco or Amazon? I would think you could call one of them and give them the info to see if they can send you anything to fill out or something. Good luck and hope it works out!

I was able to get it. When did you buy it? The rebate expired 10/31 so maybe the form is no longer Available?

@acpruchnik‌ - the rebate is through Graco I believe but I purchased through Amazon which is where I found the link to get the form.

@smg2302‌ - according to Amazon you needed to purchase before 10/31 and have the rebate postmarked by 11/30.

Did you download the form from the Amazon site? If so could you possibly email me the form?

I have a copy of the form! I can mail it to you which should get to you in a couple days-still gives you time to get it postmarked by the end of the month! Let me know! I mobile bump so if you send me a seperate message, let me know so I can get on the computer to check it!
