What were your thoughts on last night's episode?

It drove me crazy that Beth didn't stand up for herself. Oh, you wanna slap me for no reason? Okay, go ahead. Wut? I mean, you're obviously going to get beat up either which way you go, so fight back a little, yo.

I was so glad that Gorman was attacked by zombie Joan. I thought that Beth was going to stab him with what she opened the drawer with but hey, this works too. I was hoping that Dawn was eaten by the zombie too but no such luck.

I wish that we saw Daryl at the end coming to save them, or with Noah (because that's who I think is in the woods with Daryl..it's more plausible now since Carol is a patient). I think it would be great if Carol was faking it because they met up with Noah and he explained what happens in there. I guess we'll see.

I hope next week isn't all about the group that split off to go to Washington. I want to know more about Daryl and Carol trying to get Beth back to the group.

I thought the episode was extremely slow. I was happy to finally see Beth but the entire episode focusing on her and not an update on everyone else, come on man!! I definitely agree that Noah is more likely the one with Daryl now and I really think Carol was intentionally caught.
They even talked in "Talking Dead" with Emily Kinney about her thoughts on how Maggie has made no mention of Beth or asked anyone where she is. Still messed up.
Lastly, I also hope they don't spend next week's episode following Abrahams crew the entire time. This is why I HATE when everyone splits up. Because you end up going weeks without knowing what everyone else is going through, BOO!!!

It was a really slow episode. I definitely didn't think it would take more than 1 episode to get back to where the left off last week.

Abraham is too intense all the time, next week is going to bug me.

I think Carol is maybe faking to get in, that makes sense if they ran into Noah as PP's have thought.

And the whole thing about a villian worse than the Gov and any other bad guy in the series, like, who would THAT be? Dawn? Maybe the doctor?

Also I got really mad when Beth mixed up that clozapine and injected it, I really wish my favourite shows would do 5 minutes of research on how medical procedures actually happen because omg I was yelling at the tv. It looked so stupid.

I'm also gonna go ahead and add that Daryl should probably have his top stolen by a walker soon so he has to walk around topless. Just sayin'.

I do not find daryl attractive. At all. He's gross. Maybe without a shirt and a bag over his head....

Yeah, super annoyed that we only saw Beth and no updates with the group. It was a slow episode, but it was good to see what happened to Beth. Glad Noah got away and I could totally believe he may be who is with Daryl. I think Carol purposely got caught to get Beth out as well. We are 4 episodes in, and there are only 4 more before the mid season finale. I hope we don't end up waiting to find out what happens to the main group. I hated last season how they deviated from the group with the governor story line after he left Woodbury.

Mmmm all the more Daryl for me then. I saw Norman Reedus at the ATL airport last year. He is not as tall as I thought he would be. Still hot, tho.

@Swoon13‌ I agree, Carol used to be meh for me but her recent displays of badassery have really shot her up to near the top of my faves list. But not the top... that's where Daryl lives.

LOL totally agree with this. When she mixed that clozapine up, I was like...uh...dude. Then injecting it? I laughed out loud. Good try, Beth. Good try.

Was Beth going to stab the doctor at the end of the episode with that blade? Scalpel? Needle? (Whatever that was in her hand.) Or was she going for Dawn? I was unclear.

I agree, way too slow. I guess this is how they give people time off in the acting world. I hope they are back from vaca next week. I miss my Rick.

I also hate when the group separates and we spend weeks waiting to catch up with particular characters. I'm not sure what to think about how Carol wound up in the hospital, I'd like to think it was planned but who knows. If it is planned it would make Carol and Beth reuniting with the group somewhat plausible. If Beth had broken out alone she would have no way of even knowing the rest were around or alive.

I'm holding out hope that the teasers about Abraham "not turning back" actually mean the opposite and they will turn back.

As for Daryl's "hotness", he sort of grew on me throughout the series, I didn't think he was attractive at all in the beginning, but his bad assness on the show has greatly increased his hotness in my book. IRL it grosses me out a little that his girlfriend is only a few years older than his son but almost 25 years younger than him. Date your age, man!!!

Yeah I think in second season she locked herself in the bathroom at the farm and cut her wrist with a broken mirror. I honestly don't care that much about Beth. I sorta did when it was her and Daryl by themselves but any other times she was just the babysitter. The storyline better get back to Rick soon.

I just want to see how they're going to put Morgan back in the story line this season. I love that he's still alive and seems to always be close by the group.
I do think everyone is right with Carol "faking it" as a way in. There's no way she would be captured like that. It's not her character's nature to be a victim.

I think she was going to stab the doctor, because without the doctor the whole system would fall apart and Dawn would lose her 'you owe me' power. Then when she saw Carol was the newest patient she changed her mind so that he could help her.

Lurker jumping in...

I respectfully disagree with everyone saying they thought this was a boring episode.

DH and I loved it. We got to see a more badass Beth, watch her character continue to develop, a new storyline was introduced, as well as what are likely new long-er term characters on the show. It was not as action packed as the beginning of these season, but it was intriguing and suspenseful. I cannot be alone in thinking this, people.

I totally agree that Carol is faking, that the guy who escaped is with Daryl, and that's it's annoying the group is split again.

(And yes, it took the Walking Dead to finally get me to write on this board. I'm sure my signature will show me being 120 weeks pregnant or something.)

ME TOO! I just love how BA she's become throughout the series. She really found herself. She went from this submissive, beaten wife of an a*hole to a series give-zero-f**ks-and-do-what-needs-done type of gal. She's a strong character. If she and Michonne were besties, oh man, watch out!
