Ladies I am so awful! I had every intention of posting this yesterday and somehow I forgot. 
Let's do this!

We are a group of women striving to live healthier lives, whether that means losing weight, gaining weight, sticking to a specific diet, counting calories, avoiding counting calories, starting to exercise, continuing to exercise or anything in between.

  • AFM: There is no good, only bad! Halloween candy is the bane of my "eating healthy" existence!
    The proud I'm still plateaued which is better than gaining at this point!
    The plan: we are back to meal planning, I just need to control my candy habit

    QOTW: I made DH take a bag of candy into work, and I did the same. We also have the candy on our enclosed patio. So we have to open the locked door to get to it. I am hoping the extra effort keeps me away!
