Hello mamas!! Of course after LO STTN yesterday, now he didn't, he was awake (but trying to sleep) from 5 to 6.30... then he fell asleep a bit before my alarm went off! Poor boy, I have no idea if it was teeth or gas, he has something in his stomach :S

I cannot wait for election day to be over so the ridiculous ads can stop.

I saw a snippet of the news tonight and basically both candidates said they do not agree with attack ads and their ads are just retaliation for the things said about them that aren't true. (Crap I still can't use the eye roll emoticon on the app. So insert eye roll here)

I don't like either of them. One only slightly more and it's funny because when he was elected I thought I'd never say that. But it's only slightly more.

Eta: auto correct is not being very nice to me right now

So I woke up to blood curdling screams and I realize not only is LO crying but i have a bloody nose...so I go talk care of that. On my way to the baby's room I hear the door shut assuming its DS going in because he woke up. Nope LO had crawled/fallen out of his crib. Hey DH 'member when I told you his crib needed put all the way down...: I was serious. Guess I have a project.

I talked to DH again and I think I finally, finally decided for sure, 100% that I will quit job #2 (soul sucking hell hole of 8 years).

I've said this before but I'm pretty sure I'm sure this time. Ha! I sort of mentioned it to MIL although she already knew I was thinking it because of DH but she seemed like she was trying to talk me into not quitting.

But DH said "You do not live your life to make her happy. " True. I try to please everyone and that's probably why I can never make decisions.

So anyways I work there Wednesday and I may finally be telling them I quit. The thought of never having to work there again makes me giddy.

@ashie624‌ I have the same problem. I have trouble making decisions and have a fear of letting people down. Recently this has gotten worse to where I either shut down or have panic attack. I am getting control over it better since with therapy I recognize what I am doing but it is hard.
Good for you for stepping away from something so "soul crushing " lol.

We have reached a new level of teething here, i am thinking of calling doctor. He is sweating through clothes and bedding. The crying and sometimes screaming is heartbreaking. He is sleeping better tonight but I can still hear him whimpering in his sleep. I feel the Motrin and Tylenol are just barely easing the pain and the teething gel requires some bite marks to apply because he hates me touching his mouth.
Suggestions are definitely welcomed. I have meeting today but I am thinking DC might call as his Motrin wears off.

He believes that teens in low income families should drop out of school so they can work full time to help support their families.

Cuz that won't perpetuate the cycle of poverty.

No education for poor people!

Morning girls! I can't wait for this election to be over. We aren't even voting on Governor in ND, just other elected officials so I'm not that interested. We have 7 measures trying to pass though and I have some VERY strong opinions on them so I will 100% be voting today. I can't wait for the ads on tv and mail to just be done.

%DST still. Eli was so grouchy and unhappy last night he didn't even make it to dinner. I put him to bed at 6:10 because he was just unbearable. He's still sleeping so I guess he just needed the sleep. Scarlett has been another story though. The kid just doesn't sleep. She stopped napping too so now she doesn't sleep during the day or night. She's like the energizer bunny and goes full speed all day long.

@sparkymcgee I'm reading Gone Girl and remember you talking about it last week. I'd love to chat about it! Have you finished it yet? I'm slowly plugging away at it between work and being mom!

One of my best friends was visiting from Maine and was telling us some of the governor's best quotes. Yikes, he's a character.

My neighbor just invited me to her Arbonne party. I feel like I have to go and if I go I have to buy something. This is about the LAST damn thing I want to spend my money on lately. That and this freaking wedding I'm in this weekend.

Blergh! We have the money, I would just rather spend it on stuff for the new house or saving for a deck!

@biggunsbo I know, DH hasn't been to the Dr in more than 10 years O.O crazy guy! I haven't told him I expect him to get the vasectomy LOL he will probably ask for the divorce!

It's horrible to go away without a good bye kiss, I did it twice last month and I have one more in line for the end of november... after that no more early flights for me!

@biggunsbo he is afraid of everything regarding medical stuff, he cannot even see needles in TV, he avoids Dr House and all the likes... and still he survived being inside the OR during my emergency c/s
