Weekly Menu

Yikes, a little late this week!
I'm definitely looking for inspiration for next week!

Sunday - roast beef, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots
Monday - spaghetti with homemade meatballs, garlic bread
Tuesday - sauerkraut and kielbasa with salad
Wednesday - tortellini pasta with sautéed mushroom, asparagus and Alfredo sauce
Thursday- conference night at school
Friday - pizza
Saturday- leftovers

  • I took a risk and made Indian tonight... So far so good. Only a mild heart burn that some tums are keeping under control. My DH and I LOVE any spicy ethnic food so we make a lot of Indian, Thai, Malaysian, etc. so yummy!

    Sunday was tacos and mexican rice
    Monday was chicken burgers and fries
    Tuesday homemade mac and cheese and baked chicken and salad
    Wednesday is pasta sauce garlic bread and salad
    Thursday is Morgans birthday dunner choice .. To be decided
    Friday greek salad and chicken souvlaki on a pita
    Saturday fend for yourself if u find it can cook it u may eat it
  • Sunday was sloppy joes
    Today was a sausage and tortillini skillet with salad
    Tuesday is chicken kabobs over rice
    Wednesday is steak and potato salad
    Thursday is leftovers
    Friday is chicken Alfredo baked ziti
    Saturday is a fend for yourself
    Sunday is stuffed peppers!

    This is my first week ever meal planning so in hoping it goes as planned!!

    Sunday: beef stew, mixed veggies, and beer bread
     Monday: chicken corn soup and beer bread 
    Tuesday: takeout (kid-free night) 
    Wednesday: eggplant "meatballs", sauce, and ravioli (spaghetti squash for me) Thursday: Chunky veggie and lentil soup 
    Friday: Pizza 
    Saturday: Roasted butternut squash soup and pierogies

  • Sunday was soft tacos
    Today- chicken and mushroom Alfredo
    Tuesday-cream of mushroom pork chops with green beans and mashed potatoes
    Wednesday- chicken and dumplings
    Thursday- spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread
    Friday- take out
    Saturday- tuna casserole

    Also my first week meal planning since this is my official week to start being a sahm :)
  • Sunday was Roasted whole chicken, mashed potatoes
    Monday was sloppy joes, potato salad
    Tuesday: French Onion Soup
    Wednesday: Green chile chicken casserole
    Thursday: Potato leek soup
    Friday: leftovers
    Saturday: breakfast (eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sourdough toast)

    I actually make a menu for two weeks straight. I have five other meals already planned out for next week, and I just change what we're having based on what I feel like eating that night. The "non-planned" meal days are reserved for leftovers. Soups, I freeze the leftovers for when baby arrives.
