  We had a bottle of pink champagne when DD was born.....we still have that bottle a year and a half later. I had no stomach for anything let alone alcohol.

  Neither of the previous threads on this board cover what to pack for mom. However, it's a personal choice. I recommend consulting google for ideas and check what your hospital provides.

  Um really? This has been covered many times and also links to other very helpful resources like the pregnant chicken site. Someone who isn't mobile please help me out with links here.

  ds#1 was born the day before the superbowl.  Needless to say we were still in the hospital during the superbowl.  There was definitely beer.
