My motivation has been low but my to-do list is filled...
1) Organize Adeline's closet to make room for Milo's stuff 2) Refinish an old play table with chalkboard paint on top 3) Finish shelving in the playroom and figure out final configuration for the winter 4) Re-organize Adeline's room to make space for Milo's crib 5) Make up some "busy bags" to keep Adeline entertained while I'm nursing a newborn 6) Figure out why Adeline's room is so friggin' cold and try to insulate/fix the issue 7) Pack away summer clothes...I'm a little late.

I like this idea of Busy Bags...share when you finish!
Haha yeah... potty training is the DEVIL. Diapers fo life yo!
I really don't want to write this out... because there's a bunch of stuff I *need* to do, but have no actual desire to do.
1. Order vinyl decals for girl's rooms
2. Apply decals in girl's rooms
3. Pick out furniture for Ella's big girl room from IKEA
4. Order furniture from IKEA
5. Go through Ella's NB clothes and get them set up in the nursery
6. Put Ella's clothes in her new room
7. Buy letters and stencil them to hang in Audrey's room
8. There is a walk in closet in Ella's new room and I want to get a piece of thick foam, cover it in fabric, and make Ella a little reading nook on her closet floor. I will need some throw pillows too..
I like this thread. It forces me to get organized!!
1. Paint name letters for the nursery to hang over the crib. 2. Order/put together crib. 3. Get space bags and put away extra bedding. 4. Pull old/unused items and deliver to MIL for garage sale. 5. Fix broken kitchen cabinet. 6. Wash/hang baby boy clothes.
1. Get all my scrapbook stuff in binders. I'm sick of it sitting around in shoe boxes. It's no longer a hobby. Once all this stuff is in books, I'm done completely!
2. Hang artwork around the house that I pulled from the guest room (which will now be baby's room).
3. I STILL need to find childcare starting in August, as well as book my hospital tour, birth class, newborn care class, etc.
4. Get baby's room organized. My MIL is buying the crib (not sure when), so I need to finish clearing out the guest room for it and the rocking chair.
5. I didn't think about this before but saw it on OP's post -- Reorganize the kitchen to accomodate bottles. This shouldn't be too bad since I will be BFing and will only need a few bottles and accessories.
Mine are all house related since we bought a house and moved in about 2 weeks ago, although I got done cleaning and putting all the kitchen stuff away this past weekend, so that was a big one off the list.
1. DH is re-plastering the entire upstairs after we took of all the wallpaper. He's almost done baby's room and bathroom.
2. Painting is hopefully beginning this weekend. We picked out the colors over the weekend and are ordering them tonight. I'll be painting baby's room and bathroom while DH starts fixing the walls in our bedroom.
3. DH wants to refinish the floors in Baby's room, our room and guestroom. I want to move stuff in. TBD who wins. I see his point that we should do it now so we won't have to take stuff out, but I'd really like to get moving things upstairs.
4. Set up Nursery!
5. After DH finishes fixing the walls in our room, painting, then moving stuff up there. Then, onto the guestroom, then the hallway.
I'm hoping we are 100% moved in/done with the upstairs before baby comes...then we have to start downstairs in 2 rooms, wallpaper, plaster, paint. Then we can buy a couch and set up the TV
I'm also working on knitting a baby blanket and want to finish a cross stitch of Micky Mouse that I started when I was like 13 for baby room decoration. We'll see how those go!.
My only project has been prepping all the CDs. However the baby shower is this Saturday so I'm sure I'll have lots of organizing to do when all is done.
Oh my gosh, you guys. This is one of the busiest work times for me in the year (hence why I'm on here, right? ), and it's immediately followed by my parents coming to town for Thanksgiving, then Christmas madness.
So my main project right now is: WORK.
Baby/house stuff will happen sometime in January! Maybe I should bookmark this thread to look at again then for idaes?

This is a great idea to make me prioritize our projects.
1. Finish landscaping the front yard 2. Paint the remainder of the interior of our house 3. Rip out old gas fireplace and install new fireplace and put building stone on the face of the fireplace and add a mantle 4. Maybe put building stone on the other downstairs fireplace.. (That may wait though) 5. Baby room - make a valance, window sill cushion, pillows, and bedskirt. 6. Baby room- build shelving in closet 7. Finish decor for baby's room 8. Finish decorating downstairs 9. Paint cabinets in office 10. Make magnetic chalkboard for wall in the office.
I have way too much on my to do list! Need to get these projects in priority order and get started on some of these.
I'm working on sewing cloth wipes for the baby (we will be cloth diapering). I'm also making advent calendar bags for the upcoming Christmas season. And of course trying to down size my clutter before Lil gets here in Feb.
I need to look and see what newborn clothes I have for the girls .. I don't think I have much.
Buy nursery furniture and decide on the color / theme
DH is doing construction to make a room for the new babies ( we are moving all the bedrooms to the 3rd floor) this is a huge project that he is taking on!
My one project this pregnancy: make the master bedroom as cozy and lovely and amazing as possible! New mattress, lighting, pillows, blanket throws. It is HEAVEN. Mommy needs pampering
Here, here! DH positively refuses to actually get any baby thigns ready yet--I have a bunch of furniture I need him to move, and he constantly says, "We still have over three months!" But whatever. Anyway, I have also turned my nesting urges to the bedroom, making everything organized, tidy, and cozy.

DH says the same thing, everytime i want to do something, or ask him to. I want to put the crib together. He says "The baby isn't even going to sleep in here until June probably, this is stupid" I need to pull down the baby clothes. "Great, they can sit there for the next 3 months because we don't need them yet..."
Shit gets real in the third trimester, i'm trying to get it done now!
