Last minute baby moons?

Anyone else taking a trip soon before we get really big? DH and I are road tripping to Chicago next weekend for a short getaway. I was pretty much like "I demand one more trip before craziness ensues!" Too bad I can't really do any tasting on the brewery tour we're planning but maybe I'll take something home to enjoy after LO comes :)

    Not really a babymoon but we are going to Disneyland in a couple weeks. It's actually a work trip for DH for one of the radio stations. Should be fun!

    Taking a babymoon to Portland in 3 weeks.  Mexico was an option but I got really paranoid about the timing (i.e. having to find a hospital or giving birth early in Mexico).  I'm a little nervous about traveling in the 3rd trimester & wished we had planned something sooner so we could go to a more "exotic" location but we're really excited about our little getaway before the baby arrives.

    We're getting a nice room for 2 nights in a nearby city....that's about it. It will be with DD, so I wouldn't call it a babymoon, but it will still be nice :)

    Still trying to convince the husband to take us up to our property at Lake Cushman for a quick weekend getaway, but the timing is just awful getting things around the house and nursery done (floors installed and walls painted so far) and the holidays/birthdays approaching. It would be our last moment together alone before the (wonderful) craziness ensues... Sigh...

    We went to a family wedding 9 hours away last weekend. We took DD and it was a previously planned trip, so technically not a Babymoon, but it was a nice getaway before baby #2 gets here.

    @AlfiesMOM‌ that sounds amazing! Glad it was a nice time :)

    We're going to visit friends in Charlottesville next weekend (taking DS and staying at the friends' house, so not really a babymoon). Then DH is pushing to go to the Dominican or somewhere else tropical the weekend after that, but my doctor says he wouldn't advise going somewhere without great hospitals just in case I have a preemie. I feel like that's unlikely because I went full term with DS with zero complications, but of course we want to err on the cautious side, so we may try to find somewhere warm and beachy but still with good hospitals.

    I really wish we could go somewhere but we live away from family and no one to watch our 2 y/o overnight. But that's ok, we didn't have a baby moon before her either. Our anniversary is Nov 15 so we got a babysitter and are seeing Rock of Ages and maybe dinner, we live in Vegas so it's like a staycation ;)

    We're doing ours the weekend before thanksgiving. We're having spa treatments in the morning at a local spa then driving to a city about an hour away where we'll stay at a nice hotel with a heated pool. We're going to go to a dine in theater for dinner and then have breakfast in bed the next morning and head back in the afternoon. I can't wait!!

    We were going to go up to Door County before things got crazy at work for DH but we decided to buy a house instead!

    I would so so so love to take one.  What I really want to do is go camping or stay in a cabin for a couple nights.  Unfortunately, they changed the office I work at so there's literally no one to cover my shifts right now and my husband works opposite days of me and can't take any of those days off without us taking a huge hit financially, so we simply can't.  It totally sucks.  He said maybe I should quit my job before the baby comes so that we could take one, but then we wouldn't really have the extra money for it, so that doesn't really work either.  Although the thought of it is soooo tempting.
