I'm on the NuvaRing, and although I dig the convenience of it, I suspect the hormone delivery is messing with me a little. I've never really liked hormonal bc, and I can't wait for DH to get his procedure done so we can ditch the hormones. Oh poop. Guess I should have added the ol' snippity-do-dah to the poll options.
IUD and it's going well for me. I bled for the first two-ish weeks with it but haven't really had a period since, so that's nice. I can kind of tell when I would get my period though because I get crampy. It's interesting.
Anyway I like it. It's been convenient and I haven't had any unfortunate side effects.

Had our first baby, Samuel Robert, on April 17, 2014!
No sex for us! I have a condition that makes it super painful, so we haven't had sex since we conceived our little one ">. Thankfully, I have the most understanding husband ever, and we do plenty of other things to keep both of us very satisfied . Current plan is to not have sex until we conceive #2, but that's a few more years, and I'm not sure if DH is that patient....
TTC #1 since August 2012 | BFP August 17th, 2013 | EDD April 25th, 2014
IUD. My husband isn't a fan of condoms and I'm not a fan of the pill. So far it's worked well, sometimes it's uncomfortable but not life altering. After baby #2, I'll probably get another iud.
Currently nothing, but I'm going to call next week and get the mini pill because dh can't seem to remember how pull and pray is supposed to work, and I'm not ready for another baby
I'm not on anything right now though I would love to have the NuvaRing eventually. Currently single with no time to mingle therefore no sex here either.
I voted SS. My cycles haven't come back yet. I chart my cycles, so I know I haven't ovulated. I can't say we're "TTC," more like "when my cycles come back we'll discuss TTC." I'm pretty happy with lactation amenorrhea:) but at this point, I'm losing control over it as LO starts eating more solids.
I tried the mini pill but it seemed to make LO really sick (like awful mucousy green poops 10 times a day). He got better when I stopped taking it after a month, so we're fine with condoms for now.
IUD and hate it. I've bled on and off since getting it in late April and have lost all my sex drive but its too expensive to take it out this soon and we don't want another baby yet so I'm dealing with it until next July at least.
I'm on the pill (ortho Tri cyclen Lo). I was on it for 12 years before we TTC. It didn't take long getting pregnant when I went off of it and it doesn't make me moody or retain water. I just hate that there isn't a generic for it.
In the past I've used Implanon and it messed with my mood so much. Plus after 6 months I started getting a very light period twice a month.
The pill didn't mess with my mood and I liked being able to know when my period was going to be, but I didn't like having to remember to take it everyday.
I think I'm going to try an IUD once I'm done BFing.

Same here! I really thought I was alone with this feeling! Hopefully it will change? I hope so.
I'm still "spotting"? It's really annoying, it's been 3 months and there really hasn't been a day where I'm not bleeding some. Though, I'd rather have spotting than being KU
