I'd love to hear about some of your families' favorite gluten free meals. I was diagnosed with celiac a year and a half ago. Although my Mom has bought me a ton of cookbooks, I've lost faith in most of them because the recipes are complicated or something that a 4 year old wouldn't eat. I'd like to give some new recipes a try. Thanks!
Re: Favorite gluten free meal ideas?
They have a lot of free recipes. They also have a gluten free/dairy free section but I only linked the Gf
I also do a lot of stuff in the slow cooker from https://crockpot365.blogspot.com/?m=1. Most of her stuff is gluten free and the pulled pork is awesome.

Sauté onion and garlic. Then add 8oz gf Italian sausage, brown, add dry gf pasta packet - I love delallo shells. Add tin hunts diced tomatoes and 2 cups gd chicken broth. Add 1/2 cup cream. Let cook until pasta is aldente and add cheese and mix. We love that.
I also love making stuffed bell peppers or stuffed squash. You can make all kinds of variations using ground beef or turkey and different spices, but this is one I recently tried that was fantastic!
