36 weeks today, a honeydew!! Had my growth ultrasound on Friday and baby girl looks great. Estimated weight is 6 pounds 7 ounces. Did my group b strep test and the doctor checked my cervix. She said I was at 1 cm and 50% effaced, so a good start! Can't believe it's so close, this pregnancy has flown by. How are you ladies doing, how are your appointments going?

36 weeks tomorrow! Spent a few hours in L&D last night for some wonky blood pressure and heart issues plus contractions. Growth ultrasound showed I'm measuring a week ahead and baby boy weighs 6 pounds 9 ounces (yes I know, this is not totally accurate). I'm 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. I go for a follow up appointment on my heart tomorrow. This week will be spent finishing things up around the house after that eye opener last night!

34 weeks today. I think he is as big as some type of squash.
This has been the slowest pregnancy ever! AND I still have 6 weeks left (give or take)
I have thrown myself into a "Fake Nesting" to stay occupied. Scrub scrub scrub and will de-clutter house for Goodwill donations.

Also 34 weeks today! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!

Feeling great actually, wish the first 2 trimester could have been this good! Going to start packing the hospital bag today and within the the next week or 2 will install the base for the car seat! Getting excited but nervous bc I hope hubs can make it back in time for the birth (he works out of state) and doctor said it's hospital policy to not induce unless medically necessary. Baby is measuring right on track but we're expecting a big baby (large babies run on both sides of our family). Haven't been checked for dilation yet, wonder when that starts?? Glad to see you ladies are doing well!

The cervical checks vary from practice to practice but I believe it's most commonly started at 36 weeks. I could be wrong but that's what I'm remembering from my last pregnancy. However, I know some doctors don't even do them.

Thanks! I know we're doing a growth scan at 36 and 37 weeks bc if this baby ends up being anything under 9 lbs, I swear it's not mine bc that's unheard of in our families lol FTM here, can you tell

36 weeks tomorrow! Babie's room is ready except for some shelves, clothes are all washed and put away, car seat is installed, and I started packing my bag. I feel ready but would still like to go to week 39 or 40.

Dr. visits are now weekly. This week is the step b test and next week will start the pelvic exams. Cringe.

I feel pretty good most of the time. A little heart burn at night and I am definately walking slower. No BH contractions yet.

"Next month" some how makes it even more real to me. 34 weeks Tuesday here and hoping to get a car seat soon lol, sad but my shower is next Sunday and if not I'll buy one Monday. Other than his crib and changing table I feel soooooo behind. Gotta start stocking diapers and all them baby stuffs.
