Is anyone practicing elimination communication while CDing?
I'm curious to hear others' experiences, especially with newborns.
I am pregnant with my first, and considering doing EC, at least part time.
To be clear, I'm not talking about potty training. This is about teaching the baby cues so they prefer a toilet, learning to read their signals so they can be taken to the toilet, and still diapering for misses until the child is old enough to go to the toilet on their own.

We take DS to the potty for every diaper change. I've learned to recognize the need to poop (grunts and fussing). He pees on the potty at every sitting and still in his diaper. I don't cue him in any way. Ill state matter of factly what happened but that's after the fact. We started the routine around 4 months but we sat him sporadically before that around 2 and half months. He's now almost 6 months.
