  I'm with you. At times my showers have probably been too hot pre-pregnancy and sometimes even while pregnant....I'm assuming it raises my blood pressure a bit so at times I feel breathless and a little dizzy.   I get BH when I shower too! And I'm not usually having "fun" in there either. I think it's weird. The first couple of times I freaked out because I couldn't tell if I was "leaking" or anything since I was in the shower. Now I just think it's weird and I rub my belly and try to relax...

  I've gotten dizzy from taking too hot/long showers before.

  My question is why freak out about it? If your doctor isn't concerned enough to do something than what are you going to do? I'm telling you FTM's, labour happens whenever it goddamn wants to and you can spend the next month freaking out over every little twinkle in your lady bits or you can just accept that it will eventually happen and stop agonizing over allthethings
