Yep! Especially since I'm planning a med-free birth. I did it with DS too, but now I know how it feels, so I think I'm more nervous than when I was blissfully unaware.

Then again, I also know know that when it's time to push, I should get down to business. I could have pushed less than half the time it took me with DS, but I was only pushing once per contraction and not as hard as I could have. I had to have a realization that the pain wouldn't stop until baby was out to get myself to push more even though it hurt.

    Edit to add:
I'm also nervous about someone being available to watch DS. I have 4 people lined up (3 neighbors and a relative that's about 30-45 minutes away), so hopefully SOMEONE will be available!

  • I was thinking about this just a few min ago. I'm so nervous for the emotional acpect. It actually has me pretty emotional over the past few weeks. The anxiety had made the past two weeks pretty unbearable.

  • Yes! Im trying med free again (lasted 14 hours and to 7cm last time. Later found out ds was crooked.) Im pushing myself for it because ds can stay with me. I just want this baby to have a teleporter! Lmao
  • Yes but more so for the logistics involving our twin 2 year olds. I have only been away from them one night their whole lives & I'm dreading my c-section recovery because of all the limitations I'll have with them. Nervous for the new baby? Meh, just one this time around will be a piece of cake!

  • VBAC momma and it hit me last night, VERY nervous about the new experience. I think I'd be less nervous with another CS, but believe this is a better option for recovery and possible future pregnancies.
