Our city has a downtown trick or treat for the businesses on Main st. They usually have around 350 kids average. I heard a count of at least 40 Elsas and only 3 Anna.
DS1 was Olaf. There was one Elsa and one Ana in his class, but at least 1 other Elsa in his grade. I counted 4 Elsas in one of the PreK classes. He was the only Olaf in his whole school (PreK-8 x2)
Of the 10 kids from Ivy's school that went trick or treating at the nursing home, there were three Elsa's. I saw about 15 in our neighborhood. DD was Cinderella, and her dress was blue, so lots of people thought she was an Elsa too.
I am surprised Anna is not the popular one. I feel like she is the main character in the movie, and that little kids would identify with her more. I guess little girls just like magic, sparkly dresses, and "let it go" more than Anna.
