I had the same thing happen during this tri when I was pregnant with DS. The Dr said it was pregnancy induced carpal tunnel and that it should stop in it's own eventually. You might want to call your Dr just to let them know it's happening.
Yep carpal tunnel. If it gets bothersome id mention it to a Dr. There are braces you can wear to help. I usually get it around 3rd tri (especially when sleeping)

I have it worse this time around than I did 7 years ago with DD. It's most likely carpal tunnel, find a wrist stabilizing brace to wear at night (that's usually when it's the worst). It should help a lot.
Or if it's bad and painful like mine, I wear one on each hand, and the right hand stays braced all day...
