Weird Pregnancy Dreams - Care to Share?

Ladies, my wacky dreams are out of control.

Last night's involved a vacation somewhere tropical, snorkeling, and trying to protect our fur beast from grumpy alligators swimming behind us. I dream in color (some folks dream in black and white) so it was all very vivid and Wizard of Oz looking.

Yesterday I had a dream that a giant spider (we are talking ginormous) bit me on my back on the city bus. Umm not sure what that means...don't ride the city bus I guess?

I had a great one that involved matthew mcconaughey, he stopped because he wanted to chat with me and cuddle, it was great! But a little weird that we were cuddling in my childhood bedroom...
Had another that my husband left on a red helicopter and I didn't get to say goodbye, I was so angry at him that morning:) luckily he found it amusing...

I woke up screaming the other night. I was having a dream that I was a ghost who lived in a huge old haunted house. This girl I know IRL who I really don't like was in my haunted house and wouldn't get out even though I repeatedly threatened her. When she started walking up my grand staircase I decided to lunge at her whilst screaming my lungs out. That's when I woke myself plus DH and my ILs with my weird animal-like shriek. It was the most vivid and weird dream I've ever had in my life!

I had an awful dream last night. I was out shopping with DS, DH, and my parents when DH told me that DS had cancer and would not survive through that day. In my dream I had to watch my child slowly dying until he was finally unresponsive. It was the most awful dream I have ever had.

I have had sooo many wacky dreams. I swear I could post a dream on here every day... I think the worst dream was where I got my Tibia (shin), patella (knee) and calcaneous (heel) bones removed so that they could be used for transplantation for someone else. What was left was held together with rods. I was walking around with all my weight supported by the fibula and I was freaking out the whole dream wondering if my bones would grow back because I felt so fragile. (I work at a tissue bank and process human bone for transplant. Work nightmare!)

That is a terrible dream! I had one last night about a fire engulfing my house and my fight to save my much loved dog

OMG I have dreams like that all the time with my son (6) and daughter (3)! I feel like a terrible mom and wake up crying! So ridiculous.

I just woke my DH up a few minutes ago to ask him who he messaged in a private iphone app, and how serious it was. He laughed hysterically. I demanded a response. He is back asleep lol. Great response babe!

I had a dream that I had my little baby last night and I was so disappointed when I woke up and he wasn't there!! But then I got a text from my SIL to tell me she had her baby during the night and it was a little boy!! A little bit of sixth sense going on I think :-/

Background: I have a wooden penis at work for condom demonstrations. I used him for a presentation one evening. His name is Woodrow.

Anyway I had a dream that I was using him on myself and started gushing blood down there but decided to go to an awards show anyway. I was wearing a fancy dress but my undies were soaked in blood. I had to go to the bathroom but there were no stall doors and there was an inch of toilet water on the floor. The end

I had a crazy dream last night! I was being choked by a ghost! It was so weird, I was eating ice cream and then this ghost came and choked me and then stopped and then I was at work and it came up from behind and choked me. It happened about 10 times in my dream before it went away. I think I've watched to much supernatural recently.

Great day for this post! I have dream after dream every night...every time I get up to pee a new one starts. I don't remember most of them...

But LAST night, I had a Jurassic Park-like dream where I was hiding from T-Rex under the sink in the bathroom at my parents house. it was so scary, I work up still very scared!

Among other very crazy things that happened in this dream where I was dealing with the Mexican mob, the strangest part was that they were bringing us a snack of bud lite soaked pizza and I was freaking out that it would kill the baby!

The dreams have been so freaking weird..and out of no where. DH robbed a bank and needed my help hiding the money. So many weird dreams. This week: 1) Both DH and I have had dreams that we have a baby girl (we won't find out for a few weeks yet), but in my dream she was like a mini Shrek complete with green skin and antennae. 2) I had a dream that a friend and I went out for Thai food but we had to get it in to go boxes because dinosaurs were attacking, then my cat showed up and I was torn between saving the Thai food or risking my life to save her. I risked my life and we climbed up a tree, only to be hunted by pterodactyls. 3) Another dream involved being chased by dinosaurs, but in this one Bill Cosby showed up and saved me from a hungry velociraptor by distracting it with silly faces. And I haven't watched Jurassic Park in years.

Last night I had a dream about making out with an individual who bore a striking resemblance to one of my students (30ish year old graduate student who also happens to be gay and not at all my type), and I was very embarrassed by how much my stomach was growling. Then I stopped and panicked because I was suddenly worried that I had moved into my asshole exboyfriend's apartment and I couldn't believe that I'd be that crazy.

These pregnancy dreams are insane.

Mine are always violent and awful. I dreamed that I had to identify the body of a horrifically murdered woman. The police thought it might be my ex sister in law... Turns out it wasn't but I had to examine the body for a while before I knew for certain. I also dreamed that my genetic tests for baby came back positive for trisomy 13.
